I purchased this product after seeing TV commercials and reading the reviews here at Amazon. Unfortunately this cleaner does not work as shown on TV.

Poor Product
The mop was defective from the get-go. The tank was emptied in 13 minutes,not the 20 it was advertised to last. The floor was left wet.

Great Cleaner, gets hot and does not leave lots of water!

THIS STEAMER Works Great!
