Should be called Stair Master!
I have owned the previous version of this little vacuum for about 10 years! I had to replace one belt in that time. I will not use anything else on stairs.

Unsatisfied customer
This Handheld Vacumn is a piece of junk. It has blowers on both sides that blow so hard
it blows the dirt six feet away.

Good enough for light jobs, with some disadvantages
I bought the Dirt Devil because I wanted a small vacuum cleaner that had the power that comes from an outlet, not a rechargeable (and usually weak) battery pack…

Good for light jobs
I have this and am quite satisfied with it’s performance. The motor is loud, but it’s a vacum and I think that would be expected.

Great Vacuum for Small Spaces
I purchased this product because I was tired to dragging my big vacuum up the staircase to clean the stairs.

Worked great! Then stopped.
I had this vacuum about a year and I loved it. It was inexpensive and worked well, and picked up my two cats’ hair without a problem.

Waste of money
was looking for a vac for car/furniture that had a hose attachment. Very disappointing performance. Could barely feel the suction on my hand much less pick up any dirt.

Cheap Plastic Construction; Poor Warranty Service
Cheap plastic parts means this unit will fail in about a year, like mine did, under normal use. My old Royal handheld lasted 20 years.

Save your money — buy a different vacuum
If you are looking for an ear-splittingly loud vacuum with a belt that slips off frequently, on-board tools that fall off as you use it, and a motor that burns out after 6 months,…

Works fine but is painfully loud
I’ve owned this Dirt Devil for over a year and have had no problems with it except for the fact that I have to wear earplugs when I’m using it.
