Very disappointed
Bought this steam cleaner when I moved into new home. It worked great the first couple of months I had it. Then all of a sudden, it just wasn’t working that well.

This machine will not extract water from the carpet, leaving it sopping wet. Brushes do not turn and is extremely heavy to operate.
