impossible to clean front suction area
I’ve had mine for about 4 years – We have shorthaired dogs and I vaccuum before carpet cleaning. Immediately I discovered that there is no way to open up the front suction area…

Not worth the money

Complicated and too bulky to use
This thing is way more trouble to haul around and use than it should be. Skip it and buy one of the much smaller, (and lighter), portable ones that are out there.
